YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED, in accordance with the Lester Prairie Municipal Code, Section 5.2 Subdivision Regulations, Subdivision 18.104.22.168, that the Lester Prairie Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on October 2, at 7:00 p.m. in city hall.
The purpose of said public hearing is to receive public input, orally or in writing, personally, by agent or attorney, regarding the Preliminary Plat and Final Plat for property owned by Enterprise Properties LLC. The property is located within the City limits of Lester Prairie and will combine the current Outlot B and Outlot C in Prairie Ridge First Addition and Outlot A in Prairie Ridge Second Addition. The subdivision will be known as Prairie Ridge Third Addition and would contain one block with five lots and four outlots consisting of approximately 37.907 acres.
Further, public input will be taken regarding an application to zone the property as a Planned Unit Development.
The property is located at the Northeast corner of McLeod County Road 9 and 175th Street intersection.
