TO: Residents & Property Owners within 350’ of Lots 5,  6, 8, 9, 10, 15, 16 and 17 in Block 14 and Lots 8 through 12 in Block 13,  Lester Prairie, McLeod County, Minnesota 

FROM: LESTER PRAIRIE PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED, in accordance with the Lester Prairie Municipal Code, Chapter 5 Land Use and Control, Section 5.1 Zoning, Section 5.1.1.1 Zoning Map, Section 5.1.7 B1 Central Business District and Section 5.1.14 Changes and Amendments that the Lester Prairie Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, February 5, 2018, at 7:15 p.m. in city hall.  

The purpose of said pubic hearing is to receive public input, orally or in writing, personally, by agent or attorney, regarding the re-zoning of property in Blocks 13 and 14 of the Lester Prairie Townsite, specifically Lots 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 15, 16 and 17 in Block 14 and Lots 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 in Block 13.  The property is located within the City limits of Lester Prairie.  

The Zoning Amendment would be to rezone from a B1 Central Business District to an R1 District (Single or Two Family Dwelling District).
